For the realization and implementation of the "institutionalization", different patterns have been proposed, which are often based on Western foundations and assumptions. Considering the influence of the basics and assumptions on theories and patterns, one of the main tasks of the active researchers in the field of human-Islamic sciences is proposing patterns appropriate to Islamic foundations and assumptions. The first and most important step before proposing a pattern is identifying the concept and the nature of the proposition, to provide the ground for studying the how of this theory through the investigation of the what and definition of the concept. Therefore, the main purpose of this study is to examine "the essence and concept of institutionalization from the viewpoint of the Quran", based on Islamic foundations and assumptions. The method of "contemplation in the Quran" (traditional-revelatory) has been used in this research. The research findings show that, institutionalization from the perspective of the Quran is a continuum-like process that can be positive (rising) or negative (decaying). Its promotion is for those who seek to establish faith, and confirm their faith but its decaying one is for those who seek to stabilize blasphemy. «نهادینه سازی» یعنی تعمیق و تثبیت باورها، ارزش ها و رفتارهای مطلوب و مقبول کارگزاران اصلی اداره‌ی جامعه، در سطوح متفاوت مدیریتیِ کلان (مدیریت دولتی) و خرد (سازمان ها و نهادها). برای تحقق و اجرایی کردن، «نهادینه سازی» الگو های متفاوتی مطرح شده است که غالباً برگرفته از مبانی و پیش فرض های غربی است. با توجه به تأثیر مبانی و پیش فرض ها در نظریه ها و الگوها، یکی از وظایف اصلی پژوهشگران فعال در حوزه‌ی علوم انسانی - اسلامی، طراحی الگوهای متناسب با مبانی و پیش فرض های اسلامی است. اولین و مهم ترین گام قبل از طراحی الگو شناسایی مفهوم و ماهیت یک گزاره است، تا ابتدا اول باید چیستی و تعریف مفهوم منظور مشخص شود، سپس به چگونگی آن پرداخته شود. از این رو، هدف اصلی این تحقیق بررسی «ماهیت و مفهوم نهادینه سازی از منظر قرآن» با تکیه بر مبانی و پیش فرض های اسلامی است. در این تحقیق از روش «تدبر در قرآن» (نقلی وحیانی) استفاده شده است. یافته های این تحقیق نشانگر آن است که «نهادینه سازی از منظر قرآن فرایندی است پیوستار گونه که می تواند مثبت (رو به اعتلا) یا منفی (رو به انحطاط) باشد. جهت اعتلای آن برای کسانی است که درصدد تثبیت ایمان، و جهت انحطاط آن برای کسانی است که درصدد تثبیت کفر هستند». https://modiriyati.nashriyat.ir/sites/modiriyati.nashriyat.ir/files/article-files/4_19.pdf
