One of the problems in this field, is the lack of correct meaning of well-being and injury in thoughts. In the western management schools this point is originated from their materialistic view to human, knowledge and the universe. Consequently, inappropriate decisions are made for human in organizations. These decisions, however consider the good aspect of life, considering the good in the hereafter, we come to the conclusion that they merely consider the material aspect of life. Unlike the western ideologies, Islam believes that man has two dimensions: spiritual and physical. Human`s well-being and injury are defined in these two dimensions and all the decision makings must be based on these two dimensions. Using a Itjitahi method seeks to describe the appropriate decision-making from the view point of Islam. This paper believes that the decision is appropriate that is based on the spiritual aspect of life; because in this case all the physical expediencies of man are met. در مکاتب مدیریتی، تصمیم گیری بر اساس گونه ای از مصلحت اندیشی و به طریق عکس، همین مصلحت اندیشی برای دوری از ضرر صورت می گیرد. یکی از مشکلات در این زمینه، نبود معنایی صحیح از «مصلحت» و «ضرر» در اندیشه هاست. در مکاتب غربی مدیریت، این نکته برخاسته از نگرش مادی آنها به انسان، علم و هستی است. بدین روی، در سازمان ها، تصمیماتی غیرمتناسب با حقیقت وجودی انسان گرفته می شود که هرچند ظاهراً خیر دنیا را در پی دارد، اما اگر توجهی حقیقی به خلقت شود، روشن خواهد شد که مصالح دنیوی انسان را در پی نخواهد داشت. اسلام برخلاف اندیشه های غربی، انسان را دارای دو بعد مادی و معنوی می داند. مصالح و ضرر او نیز در این دو بعد معنا می شود و تصمیم گیری باید ناظر به این دو بعد باشد. این مقاله با روش اجتهادی، درصدد توصیف تصمیم گیری مطلوب از منظر اسلام است و تصمیمی را مطلوب می شمارد که کاملاً با محوریت بعد معنوی انسان صورت گیرد؛ زیرا فقط در این صورت است که مصالح مادی انسان محقق خواهند شد. https://modiriyati.nashriyat.ir/sites/modiriyati.nashriyat.ir/files/article-files/5_15.pdf
