This culture must relieve the country of the probable dangers and it must prepare the grounds for opportunities. In this regard, Basij as a remarkable organization during the imposed war and as an organization that provides the security of this country, must be analyzed based on the words of the Supreme Leader. The present study aims at diagnosing the components of the culture of Basij based on the Supreme Leader`s words. This qualitative study has an inductive approach. 19 speeches of the supreme leader among Basijies and two of his messages to the conventions of this organization by the use of content analysis method has been analyzed. The contents include: strengthening the faith, studying, prudence and management, adherence to ethics, presence in everywhere and efforts and perseverance with people. تحقق اهداف و آرمان های نظام اسلامی، در هر عرصه ای، اعم از سیاسی، اقتصادی، نظامی و... نیازمند اتکا به فرهنگ پیش رو، قوی و اقتدارآفرین است، فرهنگی که بتواند کشور را از خطرهای احتمالی برهاند و زمینه ساز استفاده مناسب از فرصت ها گردد. در همین زمینه، شایسته است بسیج به عنوان نهادی که آزمون خود را در جنگ تحمیلی و سازندگی کشور، تأمین امنیت و... پس داده، از لحاظ فرهنگی در بیانات مقام معظم رهبری تحلیل شود. هدف این پژوهش، بازشناساسی مؤلفه های فرهنگ بسیج در بیانات مقام معظم رهبری است. این پژوهش، به لحاظ روش کیفی و دارای رویکرد استقرایی است که پس از بررسی 19 سخنرانی مقام معظم رهبری در جمع بسیجیان، و 2 پیام ایشان به همایش های این نهاد، با استفاده از تکنیک تحلیل مضمون هفت مضون سازمان دهنده شامل تقویت ایمان، تحصیل علم، دوراندیشی و برنامه ریزی، پایبندی به اخلاق، حضور در میدان ها، تلاش و پشتکار و مردم داری، در قالب دو مضمون فراگیر دانش و نگرش، و رفتار به دست آمد. https://modiriyati.nashriyat.ir/sites/modiriyati.nashriyat.ir/files/article-files/3_15.pdf
