The duty of governments is running the community affairs and this needs to monitoring the performance of their subjects. Because Imam Ali's government had solid religious-devotional foundations and because the Imam Ali was in the upper rank of the management pyramid, he paid special attention to the issue of supervising the agents of his government. Using a descriptive-analytical method and library-based survey, the present paper investigates the different aspects of supervision in Imam Ali's government and its influence on the founder of the Islamic Revolution. This study expounds the methods and components of the model used by Imam Ali for supervising his agents, including direct observation, and attending to the reports submitted by people. The paper elicits the supervision model used by the Commander of the Faithful and proves that it has exerted influence on Imam Khomeini. The results of the study show that Imam Ali used different ways and a systematic pattern to oversee the performance of his agents. The founder of the Islamic Revolution was greatly influenced by the components and methods of the mentioned model by observing its procedural requirements. نظارت عاملی کارآمد برای تطبیق فعالیت های یک مجموعه با اهداف و آرمان های آن، ساختارمندی رفتار اعضا، و ضمانتی برای مدیریت صحیح آن مجموعه محسوب می شود. حکومت ها نیز به عنوان اداره کننده‌ی جوامع، نیازمند نظارت بر عملکرد افراد زیرمجموعه‌ی خود هستند. نظام حکومتی امام علی علیه السلام به واسطه‌ی برخورداری از مبانی محکم اعتقادی- دینی و قرار داشتن امام در رأس هرم مدیریتی آن، توجه ویژه و مضاعفی به مقوله‌ی نظارت بر کارگزاران داشته است. نوشتار حاضر به روش «توصیفی – تحلیلی» و فیش برداری کتابخانه ای، ابعاد نظارت در دستگاه حکومتی امام علی علیه السلام را بررسی می کند و سپس الگوگیری های بنیانگذار انقلاب اسلامی از الگوی نظارتی امام علی علیه السلام را به بحث می گذارد. در این پژوهش، روش ها و اجزای الگوی نظارتی امام علی علیه السلام بر کارگزاران از جمله نظارت مستقیم، و توجه به گزارش های مردمی احصا شده است و ضمن استخراج الگوی نظارتی امیرمؤمنان، تأثیرپذیری امام خمینی ره از این الگو به اثبات می رسد. نتیجه‌ی پژوهش حاضر نشان می دهد حضرت امیر علیه السلام به روش های گوناگون و در عین حال، نظام مند در قالب یک الگو، بر عملکرد کارگزاران نظارت داشتند. بنیانگذار انقلاب اسلامی نیز با در نظر گرفتن بایسته های اجرایی این الگو، از اجزا و روش های ذیل آن، به میزان قابل توجهی تأثیر پذیرفته بود. https://modiriyati.nashriyat.ir/sites/modiriyati.nashriyat.ir/files/article-files/4_13.pdf
