abstract = {‘’Policy-making’’ refers to the science of actions adopted by governments. After a period of enormous changes in universities and research centers, this new field of study was recognized as a scientific-research field. The true religion of Islam has considered its different dimensions long ago. The present paper aims to investigate the dimensions of public policy-making from the Islamic viewpoint. Resting on the literature of the subject matter, the paper first offers definitions of ‘’public policy-making’’ and ‘’decision making’’, and then reviews the individual and organizational approaches to policy-making. The findings of the present paper present a pattern which can foster a relationship between two main principles; ‘’decision-making’’, which corresponds to counseling and, ‘’trust in God ’’ according to Islam on the basis of two approaches: individual and organizational.},

abstract_fa ={«خط مشی گذاری» علم عمل دولت هاست. این رشته‌ی جدید پس از طی فراز و نشیب های فراوان، در دانشگاه ها و مراکز تحقیقاتی، به عنوان رشته ای علمی- پژوهشی پذیرفته شده است. این در حالی است که دین مبین اسلام از مدت ها قبل، ابعادی را برای آن در نظر گرفته است. مقاله‌ی پیش رو با هدف بررسی ابعاد خط مشی گذاری عمومی از دیدگاه اسلامی تدوین گردیده است. بر همین اساس، ابتدا با استناد به ادبیات موضوع بحث، تعاریفی از «خط  مشی  عمومی» و تصمیم گیری، ارائه شده و در ادامه، دو رویکرد فردی و سازمانی در زمینه‌ی خط  مشی گذاری بررسی شده است. یافته های مقاله‌ی حاضر ارائه الگویی است که بتواند پیوندی میان دو اصل مهم «تصمیم گیری» که همان «مشورت» و «توکل» از دیدگاه اسلامی است، با دو رویکرد فردی و سازمانی  برقرار سازد.},
